About Minimally Invasive Surgeries

Minimally invasive techniques drastically improve HyperPronation, Bunions, Hammertoes and Heel Spurs. As one of the most experienced surgeons in the country, Dr. Horsley has over 35 years of doing minimally invasive surgical techniques. These techniques are virtually painless, fast, less expensive and most of all, safe.

Linda McCarthy, Bi-lateral Foot Surgery; Minimally Invasive

As a person who has experienced many foot issues with subsequent surgeries through several years, I am qualified to give an objective review.
Dr. Victor Horsley has almost 35 years experience surgically addressing foot pain in his patients.
My initial appointment covered an hour with Dr Horsley, who is an extraordinary compassionate listener. He studied the xrays prior to examining my feet. I pointed out where there was pain that, at times, limited my activities. Dr. Horsley exudes calm confidence, stating what he could address performing minimally invasive surgery.
I felt trust and scheduled surgery on both feet in one day.
I was pleasantly surprised how well my feet felt, almost pain free even after the numbness wore off. I iced and elevated and followed all post op instructions. No pain meds were needed. Within ten days the stitches were removed. Soon I was able to walk a mile in regular shoes. Residual swelling following increased walking and other activities was very minimal. It is nearly five months post op. now. I walk 3-4 miles with ease and participate in any activity I want easily. I can wear any of my shoes problem free.
Dr. Horsley’s followup was thorough, always listening to any concerns or issues which might cause anxiety.
My experience as Dr. Horsley’s patient proved to be a great choice. With nine prior foot surgeries beginning in the late 1980ies with various other surgeons, this experience is by far the most satisfactory.
I highly recommend Dr Horsley for his expertise, his training and experience as well as his careful listening and follow through for an excellent outcome.
